Google changes it's algorithms due to a company who was getting Google juice for negative comments from unhappy customers.    



What happened was the New York Times covered a story and wrote a multi-page article about Clarabelle Rodriquez who bought eye-glasses online from DecorMyEyes which resulted in the owner of the online eye-glass company to harass her and threaten her.
