The stats are out. This year 41,000 real estate licensed agents dropped out of the business in Florida since the boom days when everyone and their mother, aunt, sister, brother neighbor was an agent. Just in the state of Florida.    
That is a lot of agents! 

In the boom year of 2005 there were 144,174 agents. That was up from just 118,092 in 2004. In the year 2000 there were 67,388 agents. I got licensed in Florida in 1996 a year after moving here from Washington State where I was licens...
