The one thing that holds agents back from blogging and building the content on their niche sites and blogs is the fact that they are busy listing properties. They are too busy to be a DIY agent in blogging and niche content website building.
For instance, when I spoke in Cordova CA this past week- I met several agents who have over 170 REO listings and obviously that means they don't have time to blog or build sites yet they know they have to get their online marketing in order and on top because they don't know for sure how long those REO accounts will keep on coming. You can never depend or rely on one source of listings in any real estate market. They are hiring us to do the complete package for them from start to finish.
